I usually hop on publix.com before heading out to make sure I’m going to the right store, and it’s been really convenient. The store details are easy to find, and I can see the hours without having to dig around.

I also like being able to check nearby locations quickly and choose whichever one makes the most sense for my day. It’s especially helpful when I’m short on time or trying to plan a quick grocery run.

So far I haven’t had any real issues with it. It’s simple, does what I need, and I’ll definitely keep using it before my Publix trips. Easy 5 stars from me.

Everything I ordered was included, except for one item that got swapped out, but the replacement made sense. Compared to other pickups I’ve done, this one was smooth and easy overall.

I used publix.com for curbside pickup this week, and it went smoothly. Picking out groceries on the site was simple enough, even though it still felt like a bit of a chore having to search for everything and double-check my cart.

When I got to the store, I checked in and only waited around 5 minutes. The employee was friendly and loaded everything into my trunk, which I appreciated because by that point I really did not feel like doing any more work.

One item was out of stock, but they let me know ahead of time, so it was not a big deal. Overall, it saved me time compared to walking the whole store myself, even if the ordering part still took more effort than I wanted.

Publix pharmacy usually gets my prescriptions right, so I can’t really complain too much there. But pickup is literally slow a lot of the time, and sometimes I don’t even get a text when my meds are ready. The staff is nice enough, I just wish the whole process was more consistent.

I placed an online order and overall it went smoothly. Pickup was quick and easier than what I’ve dealt with at some other stores, which was nice. The only downside was that one item was missing from my order, so I had to sort that out. Still, the process itself was easy.

I stopped by the publix deli after work, and I’m telling you, the lady helping me was absolutely the nicest person in the entire store. I had no clue what I wanted, and she gave me a couple samples like it was no big deal, not even a hint of being annoyed.

My sub came out fresh and fast, even though there was definitely a line. It was just one of those easy, good experiences that makes me 100% sure this is why I keep going back to my store.

I’ve had a good experience with Publix delivery overall. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, I’m not totally sure, but most of my orders arrive on time or at least close to it. There have been a couple times where it ran a bit late, but the drivers usually keep me updated and my items show up correctly.

Out of all the times I’ve picked up stuff from the publix bakery, I don’t remember ever being disappointed. Their cakes always seem fresh, and the buttercream actually tastes good, not that odd grocery-store frosting I’ve had from other places. I grabbed cupcakes at the last minute for my kid’s class once, and I still remember being relieved because they were soft, cute, and looked like I’d planned ahead. The staff was friendly too, even though they were clearly busy. Based on my past visits, the quality has just been really consistent

I swear Publix was ridiculously clean today. The floors looked spotless, the shelves were actually neat, and everything just felt easy to find. I’m completely convinced shopping is 100 times better when the store looks that good.

I mostly use publix.com to look at the weekly ad before I go shopping. I’m not always the best at planning ahead, but the BOGOs are easy to spot and I do feel like they actually save me money. Sometimes I’ll even plan a few meals around whatever’s on sale, if I’m organized enough that week. The site is simple to use, and the promos are usually worth a quick check

I order from publix.com more often than I probably should, but it’s just easier for me when I’m too tired to deal with the store after work. The food quality has been really solid overall. The produce usually shows up fresh, the meat looks clean, and I’ve never really gone wrong with anything from the bakery.
There have been a couple small misses here and there, but I can’t complain too much because I know I’m picky about certain things. Nothing has been bad enough to stop me from ordering again. Overall, I trust them more than most grocery stores around me.

I’ve used Publix a handful of times, and the customer service has been solid. One time there was this missing item in my order, and they helped get that sorted out without turning it into a whole big thing. The response wasn’t exactly quick, but they were nice about it and explained everything clearly. I’d probably give it 5 stars if support was a little faster, but overall it’s been a good experience

App’s been fast for me so far, no issues yet tbh. Opens quick and does what I need, so yeah happy with it.

Every time I stop in, they seem to have the things I need in stock. It makes shopping there easy and just feels dependable.

Every time I come in, the staff is genuinely nice and welcoming. It makes such a difference when people are friendly like that, doesn’t it?

I was really happy with the chicken and shrimp. Everything looked fresh, and the delivery showed up cold and in good shape. No complaints at all.

I’ve had a smooth experience using Publix for grocery stuff. It’s easy to find the weekly ad, coupons, store hours, and pickup or delivery details without digging through a bunch of pages. The search isn’t perfect, but it usually gets me where I need to go, and the site loads quickly for me. I’ve also had support explain things in a simple way, like, “You should be able to find that under the pickup and delivery section,” which was actually helpful. Nothing flashy, but it does what I need it to do.

One of my items was missing, so I had to contact support and go through the whole back-and-forth, which was a bit annoying. I wish I didn’t have to spend time sorting it out myself. That said, they did get back to me fairly quickly and refunded the item without making it too difficult. Had to wait a little, but overall it ended up being fine.

Overall, the produce has been good and about what I’d expect. The veggies usually arrive fresh and hold up well, but the berries can be hit or miss and sometimes go bad faster than I’d like.

Checkout was really simple today and my order went through without any issues. Everything was smooth from start to finish, so I’m hoping the promised compensation or credit for sharing my experience comes through soon.
